This is the cervix of a woman currently pregnant with her second child. She has no history of STDs and has had normal pap smears. Three years ago, she had a cesarean delivery for her first baby due to a complex posterior presentation. During the labor of her first baby, she did reach full dilation and so her cervix looks softer with a more slit-like and open os than the cervix of a woman who had a cesarean without dilating.
20 weeks, 6 days
This woman notes that she has more copious cloudy vaginal fluid than she did pre-pregnancy, and doesn’t remember any significant changes in her fluid during her first pregnancy.

I must say that with my second and third pregnancies that I noticed a lot more fluid than pre-pregnancy and first pregnancy.
