  2. I have been googling the heck outta “Pregnancy” PLUS “Cervix” etc, etc!! and I am THRILLED to see you have added it here!!! Although I know all women are different, I have also given birth to 3 children so I feel that this would be a similar reflection of what mine would be like with another pregnancy.

  7. at what point will her mucus plug be formed and what would her cervix look and/or feel like then?

  8. Have you ever thought of filming your cervix dilating during labour? Has anyone filmed a woman in labour from the inside?

    Comment by Chris Henniker — October 3, 2009 @ 6:09 pm

  9. #7 i found this for you:
During pregnancy, secretions will accumulate and form a mucus plug at the opening of your cervix. The mucus plug helps to prevent infection from occuring in your uterus and developing baby. The mucus plug will remain at the top of the cervix until just before labor begins.

  12. WHY DOSENT ANYBODY ASK THESE QUESTIONS AND DEMAND THIS INFORMATION FROM THE GYNECOLOGISTS?

MY MALE GYNO DENIED THAT I HAVE A G-SPOT AND DID NOT CARE ABOUT INFORMING ME ABOUT MY SEXUAL HEALTH, HE PRESCRIBED ME PROZAC AND FAILED TO INFORM ME OF ITS NEGATIVE SIDE-EFFECTS.
I WAS IMPEDED FROM ACHIEVING AN ORGASM FOR APPROX. 13 YEARS OF MY SEXUAL LIFE!

NOW I AM FIGHTING BACK, AND SOMEBODY NEEDS TO FORCE MANDATORY CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR GYNOS BECAUSE ALL WOMEN HAVE A G-SPOT AND IT IS THE GREATEST DISSERVICE AND MUST BE HELD MEDICALLY LIABLE FOR INFORMING THEIR FEMALE PATIENTS!

  13. Hi, I am currently TTC, and I was wondering if you would be able to get more photo’s of during the conception/pregnancy process starting from the start of the cycle too the end of a successful pregnancy? It would help a lot of people I know who are also TTC.

By the way, this site is amazing! I never know until someone recommended it to me that there was something like this out there.

    Keep up the amazing work!

  19. I find your site very interesting. here is my story. I have unprotected sex for 2 months now and have hot flashes for 2 months with interval of 2 weeks, late period last months of 8 days and late again this month of 4 days, still feel hot flashes. Last month I was very sensetive to smell. Trying to get pregnant, my basal temperature is 99.6 but under arm is 97.2. Is something wrong with me?

  23. Wow… looking at these pictures, I’m kind of spinning out, as today when I took a photo of my own cervix for the first time, I found that mine looks almost exactly like hers! Which in itself confuses me, as I had menses 3.5 weeks ago!

  24. Vika,
I notice that your post is dated, and you may have figured this out by now that your temp under your arm always registers about 2 degrees lower than oral temp. Just as a rectal temp registers about 2 degrees higher than oral. So if you take your temp under your arm again just add 2 degrees and that is your temp.

    These pics are amazing!
