Hello! I’m very excited to start my own Beautiful Cervix project at home! I think this is just a wonderful concept, and it made me realize that I have never even FELT my own cervix, let alone seen it. A tragedy! How do you know whether you need medeium or long?

Medium: Slightly wider bills (about 1 inch wide), for women who have given birth or are comfortable with penetrative intercourse
Long: Same width as Medium; for women whose cervix is normally deep (hard to reach with a finger). You may prefer a long if a practitioner has mentioned you have a particularly deep cervix before during an exam. Most women are fine with a Medium.
