Age 35 – Entire cycle

This is the cervix of a woman who is 35 years old, who has never been pregnant or given birth (her os is like a dot).  She is currently trying to conceive.  She does not have any history of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs/STDs), abnormal pap smears, gynecological procedures or surgeries.  Her average cycle length is 25 days. The cycle pictured below is 24 days long.

She was not checking her basal body temperature, so the day of ovulation cannot be pinpointed, but you can see how her os begins to open mid-cycle (Days 12-15), which indicates increasing estrogen and fertility.
